Chairman & CEO, TELiCON Group

Donovan is a Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) and a Certified Fiber Optic Specialist & Instructor (CFOS/I) with regional and international expertise in the design, integration, and implementation of telecommunications (voice, data, video, audio, and other low – voltage control) transport system and their related infrastructure components including Fiber Optics.

He brings solid strategic direction to TELiCON Group from expertise developed over the last 16 years in the telecommunication industry that has spanned diverse areas within Jamaica, the English speaking Caribbean, Latin and South America in technical operations, sales & marketing, training, consultation and project management

Dave Campbell

Vice President, Technical Operations

Dave brings to the TELiCON Group over 18 years of experience in construction, design, consultation and training in the telecommunication industry. He has the responsibility of all technical operations in the group that include project management, design, installation and support of our customers information transport system needs.

He is charged with ensuring that ALL our customers receive a professional, responsive and efficient service with quality, that will be tailored to meet their specific needs and executed to meet industry standards at all times.

Easton Landells

Field Operations Manager

Easton brings to TELiCON twenty (20) years of experience working in the field of Telecommunications in Jamaica and the Cayman Islands. He uses is knowledge as a trained Assessor in the field of Electronics and Electrical Standards, as well as many years working in large Telephone Companies, to manage all operations and team members in various copper, fiber and broadband projects.
